About the product

We refer "SAKURA JAPANESE STAMPS CATALOGUE issued by Japan Phlatelic Society.

新切手を封筒などに貼付、当該新切手発売日限定使用の特別な消印を押印して、価値を高めた収集品です。作成にあたり押印用の未使用切手、封筒などの手配が予め必要で、また新切手発売日当日に当該消印使用の郵便局に行かなければならないので、作成には手間暇がかかります。

「美品」:収集に適した状態のもの。多数の在庫の中から、プロが指紋や目立った折れ、シワのないものを選んでおります。

「普通品」:元々は美品レベルのものだが、数十年の時が経ち、シミや汚れ等が発生したものなどが挙げられます。当該商品は説明を付します。

状態基準は当会の判断によります。心配されるお客様は、事前に確認をお願いします。

We can keep the items you have already paid till your ship out instruction.

Not sure cause our all stamps are limited items.

We always check our stocks carefully, but in the case another customer order it by phone or on the spot,may happen the error.Thanks for your kind understanding in the case of it.

Regarding delivery

We only send your order with registered/Insured mail or EMS to overseas to avoid delivery problems.

We put all stamps into opp plastic bag and send them with cardboard(s) to avoid the problem.

切手アルバム用台紙、書籍等は、原則1点ずつ日本郵便のクリックポストで発送しますが、お買い上げ点数が多くなる場合は、同社のゆうパックで発送します。この場合梱包の箱は、再生品を使う場合がございます。ご了承下さい。

可能です。催事開始1週間前までに、通常の方法でご購入頂き、同時にお問い合わせフォームから、その旨のご連絡をお願いいたします。送料は無料となりますので、切手(額面)にてお返しします。

We send your orders with registered/Insured airmail or EMS provided by Japan post.

An envelope put new issue stamp(s) with special postmark(s) used on the day of issue only.Need to prepare unused stamp(s) and envelope,then go to PO to get them.So valuable item for your stamp collection.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you find any fault on them and need to return your order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly within 7days after you get the order. We are NOT accept any returns with other reasons.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic,Japan Post refuse to accept all shipment to specific countries.

If your country apply that,no way to send your order,so just refund your payment.
